Refund Policy

1. What this covers

This policy covers every purchase on Knowria. Some 3D eBooks are sold as pre-orders while they're still being built. Those have their own rules in section 3.

2. Completed 3D eBooks

You can get a full refund within 30 days of purchase, for any reason. After that, purchases are final. If you're refunded, access to the 3D eBook ends.

3. Pre-orders

What a pre-order includes. Every chapter of that 3D eBook, as each one is released. Chapters unlock in your Knowria account as they ship, and we'll email you when each new chapter is out. We don't promise release dates. The product page and checkout show what each pre-order includes. A pre-order doesn't include other 3D eBooks.

While it's in progress. Until the final chapter is released, you can get a full refund at any time, for any reason.

After it's complete. Once the final chapter is released, you can request a refund for 30 days after that release date.

If we stop building it. If we stop developing a pre-ordered 3D eBook before its final chapter is released, we'll email everyone who pre-ordered it and refund the full purchase price to the original payment method. You won't need to ask.

If you're refunded, access to paid chapters ends. Free chapters stay free.

4. How to request a refund

Email support@openknowria.com from the email on your Knowria account and ask for a refund. We reply within 3 business days. Refunds go back to your original payment method and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
