Terms of Service
1. Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and Knowria. By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to them, along with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you don't agree, don't use Knowria.
2. Who can use Knowria
You must be at least 13. If you're under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission to use Knowria and make purchases.
3. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity on your account. If you think someone else has accessed it, email support@openknowria.com.
4. Your license
When you buy a 3D eBook, you get a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own learning. You may not copy, share, resell, or redistribute any content, or share your account.
5. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in US dollars. You're charged when you complete a purchase.
6. Pre-orders
Some 3D eBooks are sold as pre-orders while they're still being built. You're charged the full price when you place a pre-order. A pre-order gives you every chapter of that 3D eBook in your Knowria account as each one is released. We don't promise release dates, and chapters may change as the 3D eBook is developed. Refunds for pre-orders, including what happens if we stop building a 3D eBook, are covered in our Refund Policy.

8. Educational content
3D eBooks are learning tools. We work hard to make them accurate, but they may contain errors, and we don't guarantee any particular result, grade, or exam score.
9. Intellectual property
All content on Knowria, including 3D eBooks, visuals, and interactive scenes, belongs to Knowria. Don't reproduce it without permission.
10. Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time from Account Settings. Deleting it ends your access to everything you've bought, and it isn't a refund. If you want a refund, request it before deleting your account. Some records, like payment history, are kept as described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Ending accounts
We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms. If we end your account for any other reason, we'll refund your purchases.
12. Disclaimer
Knowria is provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Knowria isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid Knowria in the 12 months before the claim.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by New York law. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New York.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For a material change, we'll email you before it takes effect and update the date above. If you keep using Knowria after that, you agree to the new terms.
16. General
If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. These terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund Policy are the full agreement between you and Knowria.
